  • Job Description Chief Process and Innovation Officer (CPIO) is a position that calls for a leader who is able to identify which parts of a company's business processes could be improved and recommend specific ways to make them work better. The CPIO will lead the enterprise’s business process transformation and continuous improvement initiative. The CPIO works with executive counterparts to develop strategic goals and objectives for process transformation in alignment with the business strategy. The chief process and innovation officer is the main advocate for business process excellence in the organization. The CPIO oversees the Enterprise Relationship Manager and the Customer Success Manager, who in turn manages the Comptroller’s Solution Desk and Learning and Development Team.

    • Worked for the House Ways and Means Committee for seven years, serving as Budget Director. Responsible for the development of the House Ways and Means Committee’s $40B budget recommendations, including the development of fiscal policy initiatives. Lead all budget-related negotiations with counterparts and communicated complex fiscal policy issues to senior officials. Started at the Office of the Comptroller as Director of Special Projects, serving as the Records Access Officer and Internal Control Officer, facilitating projects throughout the office, and responsible for creating and managing a Summer Internship Program.
