- Job Description Reports to DYS Commissioner, responsible for residential and community based services, including education, medical, clinical, vocational and activities to develop pro-social skills for proven-risk youth. Ensure DYS has a qualified and committed work force who are recognized for their efforts on behalf of youth and families. Oversee contract expenditures and personnel expenses. Ensure quality services to all youth through process of assessment, treatment and transition to the community. Partner with IT staff to further develop our client information system to meet agency needs. Work to ensure that DYS services reflect best practice and deliver measurable results. As part of agency leadership team, advance the DYS strategic plan.
