  • Job Description The primary purpose of the job is to create and oversee a professional fully functioning Human Resource Operation. The Director of Human Resources directs and oversees the full scope of Human Resources, including recruitment, retention, classification, compensation, benefits administration, workers’ compensation and employee engagement; and is responsible for planning, designing, developing and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals and operating priorities. Provides consultation to management on strategic workforce plans, talent management, organizational development, wage and salary administration, benefits, professional development, budget, and employee relations. Oversees employee programs promoting a workplace culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the department’s mission, goals and objectives. Leads performance management, talent assessment and effective labor relationships.
